• Delivery:
  • Delivery and packaging charges will be as per actuals. The actual invoice(s) will be shared accordingly.
  • All items are shipped nationwide via reliable couriers.
  • A tracking link will be provided (if available); delivery shall be expected between 10 am and 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Small Items:
  • Dispatch based on availability.
  • If all information is gathered before noon, items will be shipped the same day for expedited delivery.
• Bunker, Stoker, Bespoke orders (large items):
  • Kindly contact us before ordering bespoke or large items.
  • Processing and delivery of Bunker, Stoker, Bespoke orders, and other large items take 3 to 6 weeks (excluding public holidays).
  • Large item orders are crafted on a made-to-order basis, with manufacturing time and dispatch contingent upon material availability.
  • Order processing starts on order placement as per the Payment Terms.
  • BraaiCraft reserves the right to cancel the order or hold back the dispatch until the complete payment has been made.
• Order Cancellation:
  • The deposit is non-refundable as per our Payment Terms.
• Important Note:
  • BraaiCraft is not responsible for damages during transit.
