Payment Terms

Payment Schedule:

For Small and Large Items:

• Full payment is required at the time of checkout.

For Bespoke Orders:

• Order Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required upon confirmation of the order.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance, including any additional charges such as order modifications, is due before the shipment of the products.

Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer: Payments are accepted via direct transfer to the bank details provided by BraaiCraft.
• EMI: Payments on EMI are accepted subject to RazorPay’s discretion.
• UPI: UPI payments are accepted.
• Credit/Debit Card: BraaiCraft accepts major credit and debit cards for online transactions.
• Cheque: Payments made by check are subject to verification and approval.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Order Cancellation:

• Small Items: 100% refundable within 24 hours of order placement; beyond that, 50% is non-refundable.
• Large Items: 50% of the deposit is refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of order placement; beyond that, it is non-refundable.
• Bespoke Orders: Once confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

Currency and Taxes:

• All prices and payments are in the currency specified in the invoice.
• Clients are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or other charges imposed by relevant authorities in their country.

Discounts and Promotions:

• Any discounts or promotions offered by BraaiCraft are subject to specific terms and conditions.
• Clients must adhere to the requirements outlined in promotional materials or communications.

Warranty and Returns:

• The warranty and return policies are outlined in BraaiCraft’s separate product-specific warranty document.
• Clients are encouraged to review and understand these policies before making a purchase.

Governing Law:

• The laws of Haryana, India govern this agreement.
• Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana.
